Shipping and Returns
We currently ship to addresses within the 50 United States, including Washington, DC, only.
Free shipping for all orders over $100 (before tax).
ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING TIMES:
All orders received by 2pm PST will ship out the next day. Please allow extra shipping time for holidays and sales.
Orders received Sat - Sun will ship out the following Monday. While UPS and USPS times vary, domestic orders can take between 2-7 business days depending on the distance the package needs to travel.
Please keep in mind that shipping carriers have been overwhelmed from new policies put in place from COVID-19 and with additional restrictions put on operations by the state. While domestic packages typically take 1-2 weeks to be delivered, they can now take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks due to these same issues as they may experience delays both getting out of the US and into your respective country and through the customs/duties process. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it. UPS and USPS do their best to update orders once they arrive at their processing center from our warehouse so please check with them for updates once the package has shipped using the tracking number you receive via email.
SHIPPING COSTS:
We do our best to keep shipping prices low and use UPS and USPS for domestic shipping.
Orders are either shipped via UPS or USPS. Addresses within all lower 48 states and Washington DC ship with UPS; addresses in Hawaii and Alaska ship with USPS.
Pricing is based on final destination and weight so please keep this in mind as prices can vary.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES:
Return Policy:
- Returns must be received back at our Huntington Beach, CA, store location in new condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date; unworn, unwashed, no perfume, no animal hair, no makeup or deodorant stains. Accessory, Jewelry, Books, Hair, Home goods, Intimates, Shoes, Sunglasses& Sale items cannot be returned.
- Email us using the Contact Us page or directly at youbefree.ss@gmail.com and tell us the item(s) that you would like to return and your order number.
- A pre-paid return label will be provided to addresses within the United States upon request.
- We will issue a refund on the original card within 7 business days of us receiving your returned package.
- You may return your items to any of our store locations for store creditor exchange only.
EXCHANGES:
- If the size which you ordered doesn’t fit or you would like to exchange an item which you bought from us, simply place a new order online and then follow the steps above for a normal return.
- Place a new order online for the exchange. Once we receive your return, you will be refunded for your original item(s).
